On 30th of August 2013, Tadika Cahaya Khalifah had organised celebration day of Malaysia`s 56th Independence Day. During the whole week, teachers and students sang several songs such as 'Tanggal 31' by Allahyarham Sudirman, 'Jalur Gemilang', '1 Malaysia', and 'Keranamu'. The main objective was to educate our little caliphs about what is independence day all about and why it is so important to all Malaysians. Although it was hard for them to understand at this age but at the very least they have been exposed an essential piece of information about Malaysia`s history.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, and the Most Merciful. All praise is due to Allah Al-Mighty

and may the Prayers and Blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (PBUH). First and foremost, we want to take this opportunity to welcome you to TADIKA CAHAYA KHALIFAH (TCK) Sports Day. This event is very important because it is our annual event and part of our co- curriculum activities. As we all know, at this level, sports activities are good because they are part of helping children understand the fun of taking part in sports and the importance of being keen challengers. As Khalifah of Allah, their knowledge, skills and positive attitude need to be developed in tandem with healthy body, mental and spiritual. Although the spiritual upbringing is far more important than the physical upbringing but the physical element cannot be neglected at all.

Finally, we do hope this activity provide the best opportunity to all parents to participate and interact

among each other.
